I never new that it was hard for some people. Sometimes i dont remember the dtreams and i NEVER was able to chance the senery.

      1) No

      2) No, you don't need to sleep purposely during the day to just dream or even to have a lucid dream for that matter. That is just one of many techniques but sleeping at night works very well as well. On the other hand, yes it can be very hard and takes much practice, focus, relaxation, etc. but you can definitely learn it with practice on dream recall (ie. diary), signs, and working on the various techniques.

      3) Yes, you can have them before learning about them. I did myself many times before reading up on them. Sometimes they were very vivid and nightmares and I would only control certain aspects while being terrorized by the rest or freaking out from the effects of sleep paralysis. Other times I'd lose control of the dream quickly and despite doing various reality checks during DILD would get nervous and fail. You will learn to have alot greater control if you really want it since trying to exert your personal desire over the dream at first can be very hard. Asking indirectly can often be better at first when trying to change things.
This entire reality is SELF REFLECTION. You reflect your essence and project it onto the universe.

      1) I doubt it, but I would stay away from the hypnosis stuff.
      2) Hard to get to a controlable dream, but not hard to do the control.
      3) No, I never nap unless I'm tired. I perfer to have nighttime lucid dreams and try not to prolong them so they won't cut into my sleep.
