      im new can someone explain an easy techneik i should try to start?

      Trust me, there is no easy technique. It costs patience, I'm sorry. I hate it too. But I would recommend learning the DILD first. There are some tutorials here on this site, so, you know.

      thx ill try that tonight....all i have 2 do is fall asleep right? Then just do a reality check...something tells me its harder than itr sounds right?

      Yes, it's unlikely you will actually end up doing the reality checks for a while and even when/if you do you might end up getting nervous, scared, etc. and wake up or drift into a normal dream/no dream. Just takes practice and patience. You should start looking for different dream signs too if you haven't.
