Hey, glad you're enjoying the forum
Assuming it was a good, intense lucid dream, it feels amazingly real at the time.
Afterwards, it feels like a memory, e.g. of yesterday, and you remember *how* detailed and amazing it was ... but then loses some of the actual detail in the memory of it (when you try put your finger on it.
As to your second question .. the view quality is determined by the quality of the lucid dream, of course. But I've had good ones where I was examining small scratches and details on e.g. a wooden crossbow.
However, I couldn't tell you what else was around the room, let alone the detail.
So it's much like real life actually.. you only really notice what you focus on.
This crossbow had some oil on it as well, and not only did I see the oil, but the oil gave me a feeling of oil (not just visual)
i.e. dreams are synastetic (spelling?) and mixtures of the senses get muddled and confused together
Interesting concept that, so thanks for the question
Also, as you probably noticed, your view isn't retricted to your eyes. I find myself seeing things in the dream that I shouldn't be able to see from my perspective in my body.
