      hi
      my name is cady
      i'm pretty new to lucid dreaming
      and the first one I had i remember having was this summer
      well knowing it was a lucid dream
      I had before but I dint knew what it was
      well my main goal is try to control it more
      to induce them
      and to learn more about them

      Hi Cady!

      The best thing to do now if you haven't already is to start a dream journal. This helped me tremendously and still is. Try and record your dreams in the night or in the morning. This helps with your dream recall and helps you spot things in dreams that could hint that you're dreaming!

      Hello! Welcome to Dreamviews! And, I definitely agree with poog! Keeping a dream journal has helped me out quite a bit. I'm not sure where I'd be today if not for it.
