      Hello, new here!

      Hello everyone!

Yesterday night I had a dream about a girl that I do not know, but I sort of remember her face. I remember laying on the floor with her and cuddling her, I could feel her body when she interacted with me. This is the first time I actually felt the sense of touch and a little bit of taste in a dream. When I woke up I remembered I had a very very similar dream in the same setting (possibly the same girl?) about two or three years ago; I had forgotten completely about it until today. So, I'm interested in trying to get back into this dream and it has led me here. I'm very inexperienced with dreams, so perhaps you guys can lead the way for me. Thanks!

Welcome Jaykay It is absolutely possible for you to find her again in your dreams, either by learning to lucid dream or just through dream incubation. Personally I think it'll probably be that much more awesome lucid, so check out the tutorials on attaining lucidity http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...splay.php?f=75 and how to build up dream recall http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=66343 & http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...splay.php?f=15 so next time you summon her you don't forget your success! Lucidity occurs with or without dream control, so in your first lucids, you may have a bit of trouble getting the things you want to happen the way you want them to. Just keep trying, and with a bit of experience of what it's like to be able to control every aspect of the dreamworld (), I'm sure you will find her again!!!

      Some dream incubation stuff:

      (autosuggestion)

an official tutorial is in the works.

Dream people tend to be made out of people that we know or have seen somewhere. Parts of the bodies get mixed and matched like a Mr Potato-head toy.

Maybe you could explore your sense of touch more in dreams. Try to pay attention to it during your waking life and see if it carries over into your nights. Maybe you don't notice it in your dreams because you don't pay attention to it while awake?
