      Jogging before WILD

hey guys, I got another question.. ( I still haven't had a successful Lucid dream, just a few glimpses).

I'm now getting up everyday at 6 to go jogging for half an hour. then come back home and sleep.. I've tried to WILD twice, haven't succeeded, I think it might be due to the exercise.. It just.. doesn't work for some reason.
Do you guys think its due to the exercise? i.e. running? or I should come home and cool off for a few minutes?

      I don't think it's bad to run.
WILD is when your body falls asleep so if you run much the body will get tired and fall asleep while your keep your mind awake.
but if you just jogg a little bit you will just wake you body up so the mind fall asleep before the body.

I dunno, maybe try taking a nice hot bath after your run before you go back to sleep? Then your body should be nice and tired and sleepy. I know that personally, if I went jogging I would not be able to fall asleep. The used muscles wouldn't be nearly tired enough to cancel out the pounding heart and how awake I was to be running.

A higher heart rate doesn't help you WILD. Exercise does that to you when first starting out. When you get in better shape a little jog should hurt your chances to WILD.
