so its been about 2 and a half months of constantly writing down my dreams, and i still haven't been able to become lucid...i do reality checks every now and then, but not every hour or anything like that. I've also tried taking vitamin b-6 before i went to bed, and it seemed to make my dreams so much more vivd, but the next few nights i tried it, nothing really seemed to be different from normal, so i'm really kinda frustrated, needless to say...is it just something that will come with time, and if so, is this normal to be not lucid for this long? |
