My friend told me about Lucid Dreaming today and I decided to look into it. Thought it was cool and wanted to try it.

When i was younger i used to have dreams quite often and I would remember them. What i realized was that i had dreams that related to what i was thinking before i slept (alot of times nightmares). To stop that i would force myself not to think before going to sleep and then they stopped. I remember one dream quite well where i wasn't able to move or talk and a supernatural being attacked me.

I am going to try to get back into that so i try and be aware that im dreaming and try to dream lucidly (?)

Awesome, glad to hear that you were interested!!! It works the other way around, too. You can force yourself to think of something before you sleep, and incubate a dream of your choice. It is pretty incredible how much influence we can exert on our dreams.
