Hey guys i dont need a introduction so il go straight to the point. Look i havent had 1 great dream in 4 years in other words total blackouts like 1 sec im closing my eyes the next its mourning. so 1st question how do i have dreams again? if it helps i have a dream cather over my bed if that has something to do with it. Now my seccound question is whats with this counsuios stuff? i mean i get youll know when your in the dream but being counsiuos while trying to fall asleep? that to me means just closing your eyes but never going to bed. help me outon that part. last question i need help to know when i am having a dream and how to maintain it like instead of just being in it for like 20 secs but feeling like your n it for like 5 hours. thanks if you can help.
