Thread: Hey there everyone!

Hey guys, I'm SyluxJr. I come from Blackpool, and I am really intrigued about dreaming. So intrigued, I'm willing to tell you all a story as to how I eventually stumbled upon DV.

One fateful night, I was learning about different types of dreaming. This included several things such as epic dreaming, normal dreaming and more. I stumbled upon DV at about 2 am in the morning, but was too tired to notice it had a forum, so I quit and went to sleep. That night, a little lucid dream occurred.

Several months later, I decided to check upon it again, as my only known method of lucid dreaming was the DILD method. So after a few attempts of DILDing, I decided to see what other methods could be used. After noticing a link to these forums, I thought "hmm, why not let them help me in my quest for knowledge?

So after two consecutive nights of learning about the magics of WILD, VILD, and others, I thought, "heck, why not join? If they know this much about the art of lucid dreaming, why not join?". So I clicked the register button earnestly. And that's my story.

As for my ability to dream, I'm pretty good at dream recall, and can recall at least three dreams every night of the week. I'm fairly familiar with lucid dreaming. I recall having several lucid dreams through the twelve years of my dreaming. Sadly I've had a recurring nightmare for twelve years too, so I hope I can solve that here too.

So I suppose that sums me up. I'll patiently await to see if anyone reads this and replies. I hope to be active here. This is SyluxJr.
