      My First Lucid...

Im new here and I may not be the best at dreaming Lucidly but last night, I have the most amazing lucid dream...

I was sitting in a spa just like I imagined! I walked around and I bit my self really hard and it didnt hurt, i didnt feel a thing!
A lady next to me asked me if i needed help I was amazed it was all happening to me all so fast, I wanted to see if I could do stuff like, fly. So I jumped out of the window and to find that just before i fell on the concrete ground a bird swept and picked me up IT WAS A MASSIVE BIRD BTW, and it was amazing, but the bird talked to me saying "Fly away" and then I jumped off the bird and i was flying, I had to flap my arms though, so yeah! I woke up shortly after i got tired and couldnt fly anymore.

I really want to find out how i could control it so fast, when i have never even had a lucid dream before.

      Thank you.

What an interesting way to learn how to fly. I hope you post more of your dreams, if they are anything like this one.

I second that wish. As far as the control, alot of people have awsome control in thier first few lucids if they don't end right away.

You may have just gotten caught up in the moment and where so excited that you had perfect confidence.

Control is a fickle friend and while experience gives you a higher liklihood to have better control, it's not like a sport where you practice and gradually get better.

For now, I would think more about inducing lucids and a little less about controlling them.

'Grats on your first LD. And welcome! It's good to have you.
