      hey everyone

      hi i am lucidj the "j" stands for jordan lol.
      lol well yeah anyway i have been practicing lucidd dreams for the past 4 months now and ive only had 3 but still thats a start....
      if anyone has and tips for me i would appreciate it

      hey.
      do a lot of reality checks.
      write down your dreams in a dream journal.
      have a steady sleep schedule.
      look in the tutorial section for techniques.

      Most people start out slow, don't get frustrated, more will come.

      Get a magic marker and write RC on your wrist. Do a reality check every time that you see it. You have to fanatical about doing RCs when starting out.

      and i have been using WBTB techs, and some of it just relizing im in the dream....any other suggestions?
