      Dream Recollection Question

I recently discovered there was a way to actually practice Lucid Dreaming, so I started researching it & also reading this website. I already do a little bit, for instance I can fly when I want but I cannot make things appear, ect....

Just wondering, in order to really get good, they suggest strengthening dream recollection. But! They want you to wake up during the night, which I simply cannot do. The thing is, I already recall a lot of my dreams... but how do I know if its good enough, or not?

Do they want you to do this until you can ALWAYS remember your dreams? For as long as I can think back, I've remembered my dreams about 4 nights a week at least, but there are of course days when I only faintly or dont remember.

Can I continue to try perfecting lucid dreaming and inducing it with my current dream recollection skills or should I just wait until I'm able to comprimise my sleep schedule (months from now). Is it... just not good enough as it is? D=

I've been having poor recall lately, and I've still be lucid dreaming. Recall isn't 100% necessary for lucid dreaming, you can practice skills in any lucid dream. Check out the tutorial that explains how dreams are created and they will help you create objects and control your dreams.

Hmmm... Thats good, then : D
My recall is usually pretty good anyway so hopefully I dont need to be pro at it to remember my lucid dreams, haha.

Theres a tutorial that explains how dreams are created? D=
I totally missed that, lmao. Unless is the one that explains REM & the other 4 stages... but I think you mean something else, right? :0
