      Introducing, ME!

      Hello my name is Bens59.

I'm not very new to lucid dreaming, i've been sort of going on and off for like 2 or 3 years. Just at the beginning of this year I was at the top of my game in lucid dreaming. I was getting them around every other night. After this happened I thought that just because i was getting all these lucid dreams i didn't have to do anything. So i pretty much stopped trying to lucid dream. For a couple of nights this worked, i'd wake up like 5 hours into my sleep just like for a WBTB because my body was used to it. But then that wore off, and now im where im at now. I can only remember verryyyy little of my dreams. Most nights i don't remember anything at all. I get horrible sleep now, even if I sleep for 10 hours, i still wake up tired, as to where when I was lucid dreaming i could sleep 7 hours and be wide awake.

So what im saying is, I really want to go back into this state, I know it's going to be hard, but im willing to put all my effort into it and hope that you guys will back me up 100% with my journey back to lucidity.

      Thank you, Bens59

Welcome - if you have any questions on how to get on track again, feel free to post!
In particular, I suggest you start with your dream recall. Start a journal again, and make sure to put all your dreams down in bullet form right after getting up (and after lying in the bed mulling over the dream)

I hope it comes back quickly. I've taken a few years off here and there. Re-learning seems to come easier than when first learning.

I'm sure you'll learn quick with some effort. Plus, it can't hurt having a whole forum with the same interest.

It's good to have someone with your experience here and I hope it helps you.

      Hi guys.....

I am indeed a newbee! Im new to all this sharing dreams etc but its all very exciting..

I always have really vivid dreams, and I fly in my dreams a hell of a lot, I can even feel the wind in my face as I fly, I guess its because im a huge superman fan, or just because i always fantasise about being able to fly,,

The only troube is, i dont control the dreams, if i have a dream about flying i actually think its happening for real, i never ever wake up during a dream and realise its a dream, my dreams are so real to me and detailed , just like normal day to day stuff..

Its only when i wake up for real i think to myself.. why and how the hell didn't i realise that was a dream?!?!? lol

I cant wait to share them with every one, Ive got my supplements from iherb and tonight will be my first try out!!

should I go for the whole 4000 mg of L- glutamine, 2000 mg of aspartic acid and 300 mg of L- theanine?? or try a smaller dose to start with?

      Thanks for your time guys

      Steve
