      Newbie Post, Hello everybody

      First time on this site, and also new to Lucid Dreaming.

      I just started reading the e-book; EXPLORING THE WORLD OF LUCID DREAMING by Stephen LaBerge, Ph. D.and Howard Rheingold. And just started a dream journal. One dream recorded so far.

      My first question is about OTC sleeping pills (Tylenol PM) that I use from time to time. It seems to me that these would cause me to have less dream recall. Any thoughts or experience with this?

      Welcome to Dream Views! Hope your stay is great!

      I've never had problems with OTC sleeping pills...but then again it has been forever since I've taken some. I'm not sure why it would affect your dream recall. Hopefully someone else will be able to answer that for you?
