Thread: a few questions about lucid dreaming.

1. How long will it take before i have my first lucid dream?

Lucid Dreams vary from person to person. It might be tomorrow, or a year from now when you can have a Lucid, but don't let that stop you from actually getting one.

2. Can some people not have lucid dreams?

There may be people who can't have Lucids. A user on this forum told me the kinds of dreams he was having, and it seemed almost impossible for him to become Lucid, but I think he did become Lucid once.

3. Is it hard to train to lucid dream?

I'm not too sure what you mean by this...
You don't have to train at all, really. You just have to try out some of the techniques to become Lucid. Look around in the Tutorial section of the forum.

4. How do you get better at remembering dreams, i forget mine alot.

Keep a Dream Journal. A Dream Journal is a journal that you record your dreams in. They don't have to be exactly what you dreamed of. Some people suggest writing down some of the key things within the dream.

5. Any tips that make it easier?

There are certain herbs or medicine you can take that may help you become Lucid. You can also try out some MP3s. Look around in the Attaining Lucid forum for these kids of things. Just be careful of what your using!
