I have learned about lucid dreams about a year ago, and over this year, i have had about six lucid dreams, but each one has come at a random time. two of these times, i tried to have a lucid dream by having some caffine before bed, or something sugary. With caffine, I did not have a lucid dream, but I noticed that my dream was more vivid than normal. When I tried sugar, (diet rootbeer) I achieved a lucid dream. when i was in the dream, i new that I was not focused enough because I could feel my body rolling over in my bed, but when i focused on the dream, i could no longer feel it. This is about the most control I have had over my lucid dreams so far. Also, I usually get excited too easily and wake up almost immediately, even when I remind myself to be calm. |

Realizing the potential they have, they select their paths which weave in and out to make the good and the bad, the pure and the corrupt...
I believe that caffine may have worked, because many people on the forums have also reported a lucid dream when having caffine before bed |
