That person could be a Dream Guide. Do you know this person well in real life? *
Welcome to the forums!
hey, thanx a lot Squall!
I have only known this person for months, but I just know the person, I never actually met her in person, neither talked to her of course (though I wouldn't mind doing it someday, hehe)......I find it interesting that in most of the dreams I remembered lately (which aren't many), she was in them. Maybe she is, as you mentioned, a "Dream Guide"....though I now need to find out what that means ....I was checking some topics earlier and I saw some people discussing about DGs, I will try to look around again and learn more about it....unless you want to save me the trouble and give me a short explanation or maybe a link where this has been discussed already....thanx a lot!
I started my 'dream journal' today, so far I only have three dreams written down (dreams from recent days), one of them was the lucid one I explained in my first post. Starting this week I will start waking up to write down the dreams I remember...I shall report my results!
I also have another question (so many questions, you can tell I am new huh? )....following some ideas I learned from this great site, what I am going to do is to wake up 6 hours into my sleep, take around 10 minutes to write down anything I remember, and then go back to sleep to have some more dreams (hopefully lucid ones!) until I finally get up in the morning. My question is: after I sleep 6 hours and get up to write stuff down and go back to bed, what is the best to do? 1. wake up only once again 90-100 minutes later..... or 2. from then wake up every 20-30 minutes (kind of like taking quick naps) until finally waking up for good in the morning.....does it make a difference?, are there more chances of having lucid dreams (and remembering them) with either option??.....or am I just wasting my time thinking about it (and wasting your time having you read it )
well, thanx again for the welcoming!
