The first time I attempted WILD it worked (but it was like, the only time ;_; )
And what I found is that when you start having the vibrations, in order to stay in them and not shit yourself you have to try to... er... its hard to describe perfectly but kind just....fall deeper into them. Dont try to like think too much about them, just go into it. Augh I'm terrible at describing... Thats what I did the first time (but then it freaked me out and I tried to move, but it was too late and my body was paralysed).

Unfortunately taking this advice from me might not be good, cause when I tried after that time to get a WILD, I had the same problem as you had ---getting all energetic when I noticed. The first time, I didnt know you were supposed to have vibrations so it didnt excite me because I didnt know it was a dream sign. Now that I know though, I end up ruining it with my own anticipation.

But all I can say is just try to accept the vibrations, almost slip under or into them, in a way. Dont make yourself too alert, try to not focus on your body too much and stay in your mind. Keep visualising something involving movement (I think one tutorial suggested, riding a bike? Thats what I used)

Good luuuck~! Make sure you're really comfy, too =D
And, ugh, the swallowing. I want that question answered too, cause I don't know what to do about it ;___; I slept with pillows stacked up when attempting to WILD but it still didn't stop them.
