Those are low level Lucid Dreams. Many Times people become Lucid right before they wake up because their ind is on the verge of being awake while it is still in a dream state. You can practice differernt techniques to get even better, more powerful Lucid Dreams. Check out the tutorials : http://dreamviews.com/tutorials.php

Just keep working at it, and you can have amazing LDs in no time! If you have any questions or just need some help, please don't hesitate to PM me

Can you do 'anythink' in a ld? Such as spawn/create objects from outta know where or change location because for some reason all my ld's are the just empty earthy floor

Oh yea, the more proficient you become at Lucid Dreaming, the more you can do. I really think your LDs feel empty is because your recall might be low. Are you keeping a Dream journal? If not, do so, and if you are try to write more detail into them.

It might be your body just really wanting you to wake up with a mix of sleep paralysis. When you get that funny feeling, try just laying still and focusing on the dream you were just in. You might be able to slip back into it.

That sounds like a lucid dream to me. You probably weren't able to do as much as some people because you weren't very educated on the subject. Once you learn more you'll most likely be able to do more also.
