Hey...im completely new to this forum but thought it would be a good idea for me to join something like this because i have dreams that i remember every night and sometimes i even realize that i am in dreams and try to control them.....i think that is what you guys refer to as lucid dreams

I was just wondering how often do you people remember your dreams and is there a way of controlling how often you have dreams or not
