Hi and welcome to Dreamviews! Learning to remember your dreams is very easy All you need to do is get a notebook and pen, and keep it by your bedside. When ever you wake up, write down ANYTHING you can recall from the dream, even if its just a tiny piece. Also, go to bed and wake up at the same time each night. These two activities will train your brain to store dreams when you wake up. After a few weeks, you will remember many dreams a night. After you get that far, check out the tutorials from this link to start Lucid Dreaming Techniques: http://dreamviews.com/tutorials.php

Have fun and good Luck! If you ever need any help, please feel free to post here at DV, or send me a PM and I will help you out.

      Hi, Duplicity

Like Barbizzle said, start keeping a dream journal, and you will soon be amazed at how many dreams you have been forgetting. It takes a little attention to capture those fleeting memories, but it is definitely worth it.

One thing that I have been told, and that seems to work, is that when you dream the part of your brain that normally controlls motions is used for remebering your dream. So when you wake up, if you hold still and move only a very little, you will be better able to remember your dreams.
