Um... Which technique did you use?

And maybe you are too focused on having a lucid... Just enjoy your dreams...

I cannot remember which technique was, but can you help me start from the beginning? What technique should I use? Bear in mind that I don't have much time due to school

Stick with one for a month and see how it goes. If you do not get the results you want, try another one the next month. Its best to stay constant as you learn to master a technique.

Don't get wrapped up in the lucidity, go out and get a book about astral voyaging, I like Astral Voyages by Dr. Bruce Goldberg. Interdimensional travel is more eventful and informative anyway. You have to do the white light affirmations and tell your guides and angels that you want to travel out of your body safely and resolve conflicts happening in your life. I know some people don't believe in spirit guides, but usually if I ask them for something specific in my dream life, they always come up with a vivid solution and help me to have healing out of body travel. Prayer always helps when it comes to dreaming clearly, and I also suggest reading scripture. Usually if I read the bible for about 20 minutes and pray before bed, I always have some kind of beautiful dream, dreams are more for divine communication and healing so you have to be aware that you are getting important messages in your dreams in order for them to come in clearly.

I've seen Jesus in my sleep many times, so once I accepted that this was a way He was speaking to me, the dreams became more and more special and meaningful. I don't press any kind of religion on anyone, but dreaming is universal and it can be a very spiritual advancing thing if you want it to be and you indicate your desire to be a channel for Him.
