I recommend to anyone hooked on the dream process to read the book "Dreaming True" by Robert Moss. It really helped me to understand the various levels and intensity of dreaming. Welcome, have fun.

Hi there I am new as well! I've been very interested in dreams for quite awhile. I used to keep dream journals years ago but sort of fell out of the habit. I started keeping a dream journal again this past month. I've interested my husband enough so that he too is keeping a dream journal. Most nights I have fairly good recall and many interesting dreams! In the past I have had one lucid dream and I enjoyed it so much but woke too soon! I look forward to getting to know you all!
