A year ago I went to my dad's place (4-5 hours of travel) and as usual my sleeping rhythm is all messed up because I'm a degenerate who stays up all night playing poker online. I go to sleep almost right away and I think I had a lucid dream, All I remember is me and my sister running from something down what I think was a hallway to a hotel room. For some reason I found myself in that room alone, I either locked her out or she locked me in, I can't remember. Anyway, next thing I know the TV turns on and obviously I immediately know it's the girl from the ring because pale reanimated evil dead kids freaks me out like nothing else. I run to the door and it won't open, I then run to what should have been the bathroom only it was as I recall completely empty and there was no door. I wait until she comes and when she's standing like 1-2 meters away from me, I wake up and open my eyes only to find I'm having sleep paralysis and I'm still seeing her.

The room I slept in is also the room where we have our PC, so my brother was sitting there playing at the time when I wake up (I'm a sound sleeper). I see her standing right next to his chair clear as day. I'm all like "FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-" only more like a regular scream in the highest pitch girly voice you can imagine. Thank god I couldn't let out a word because that would have been embarrassing. After like 5 seconds I break out of the sleep paralysis and the noise I made as I gradually came out of it over a few seconds sounded only like a very loud slightly odd yawn. I thought "WTF?" and never really thought much of it until I found out about lucid dreaming. I've had some other less interesting and memorable semi-lucid dreams and I've hallucinated (felt a presence and someone holding my shoulder firmly) during sleep paralysis once before. I think it's all because of my irregular sleeping pattern.

Anyway, I'm 20, male and Norwegian. Nice meeting you folks.
