Hey, I think you should just keep doing what youve been doing. 4 days isnt that long of time. What are you doing for your RCs?

make sure you dont just rely on the same rc's . switch it up so your mind doesnt trick you.

Try meditating before bed, that usually works for me.

Yeah I suppose. It will be very interesting at the end of the week looking back at my journal and seeing if there is something suspicious.
