      Welcome to DV Let us know how these audio trakcs work for you. Ive been in the mood for trying so more experimental methods of Lucid Dreaming, i might try this one if it seems to work for you

      The ones I wrote are designed to be listened to while awake, but they might work while you are sleeping.

      Try again

      Ok well it was a fail... Mostly for the fact that I did not allow for the proper amount of sleep...

      However I will also take note of what Ninja has said about being awake while listening to his tracks.

      My biggest enemy is structuring my time... and patience.

      I also tried to repeat a mantra in my head as I drifted off, but my mind wanders alot at night.
