What method would work best for me?

For the time being, I am currently unemployed/on-holidays and basicly have nothing but free time. Essentially I can sleep whenever, and possibly sleep in till whenever. ( To some limitation. )

Currently I'm staying up late-ish ( 2am ) and sleeping in until around midday, ( terrible, I know ) basicly I'm recalling dreams every so often, but I don't belive that sleeping for longer will help me dream for longer. ( Which is beside the point because I fail to remember it all anyway. )

What would be the ideal sleep/wake pattern or method of inducing Lucid dreams with my general free schedule. How do you do it?

I'm open for experimenting, so requesting feedback is probably a good idea.

hi! It's uber hard I know from personal experience, but try going to bed at around 11-ish- it feels like "you will be loosing time" but don't worry it will cause you to wake up earlier and be more active during the day. Keep a dream journal, do reality checks and success is imminent

It really doesn't matter what time you go to bed or wake up as long as it is at the same time every night. Get your body into a sleeping pattern so it will be ready to recall dreams. Once you have that going try MILD and just keep up with RC and your DJ like yuriythebest said.

Since you have the time, try to do a Wake Back To Bed as often as possible. Pair it with something like MILD and you will be lucid in no time.
