For the time being, I am currently unemployed/on-holidays and basicly have nothing but free time. Essentially I can sleep whenever, and possibly sleep in till whenever. ( To some limitation. )

Currently I'm staying up late-ish ( 2am ) and sleeping in until around midday, ( terrible, I know ) basicly I'm recalling dreams every so often, but I don't belive that sleeping for longer will help me dream for longer. ( Which is beside the point because I fail to remember it all anyway. )

What would be the ideal sleep/wake pattern or method of inducing Lucid dreams with my general free schedule. How do you do it?

I'm open for experimenting, so requesting feedback is probably a good idea.
