WELCOME TO DREAM VIEWS!!!! |

Sometimes when I wake up and try to remember a dream, I don't know if I'm actually remembering something from a dream or if my mind is making something up. Does anyone have any tips for remembering dreams and getting better at dream recall? I already have a dream journal, but are there other things that you can do? |

Alright thanks guys, I'll try and see if I remember anything tomorrow morning. |

One good point is to do it immediatly after you wake up. It should be priority before you do anything else in the waking state. |

Jujutsu is the gentle art. It's the art where a small man is going to prove to you, no matter how strong you are, no matter how mad you get, that you're going to have to accept defeat. That's what jujutsu is.

Thanks for all the replies guys. I did self affirmation, but only remembered one dream. I think I was semi-lucid in it as well. Thanks again. |

Dream recall comes with practice, just like training your regular memory. Do a lot of dream journalling and your dreams will become easier to remember. |
