      Hey. Welcome to Dreamviews.

You might want to post in the help section of the forum.

      The cure is This.

      And This.

      Welcome to DreamViews Gabriel.
You merely have to change your point of view slightly, and then that glass will sparkle when it reflects the light.

That sucks. Seriously. The only few things I know to help you is getting out and having fun. Confront your fears and stuff. (I kinda have the idea that you aren't that great in social life. No worries, I'm not either.)

I hope you also came to talk about LD'ing, that's what the forum is about

gabriel4097, depression is apparently common for new mothers when they've had a child. Has your depression been constant or does it come back in cycles?

Since the internet doesn't seem to give much advice, I'd advise you to see a doctor.

If it's only the season (short days) which are affecting you instead, just exercise and go outside more when possible.

Welcome, Gabriel. As eppy said, the forums have a help section, where you are likely to get some good responses from friendly and thoughtful people. These newbie forums are predominantly for people who joined to learn to lucid dream, so you may not get as many responses addressing depression here. However, I personally think that lucid dreaming is a great way to help one's depression! So if you are interested in learning that and have any questions, please ask

Maybe gabriel is an introvert, mingling is a bad idea then, she might feel very uncomfortable. But in that case more people around would help anyway, it would be a change!

I have mood-related problems myself, what helps is physical exercising and a change of place, new people to know, new activities, new interests, etc. You need to disrupt your routine life, with this change mood can change.

And being busy at work helps.
