are u supposed to have learned the ability to have lucid dreams before attempting a OBE, and can somebody tell the steps to have a obe(out of body experiece). i think i might had one long ago. this is how it started, first fell asleep with my mine completly blank. then i remember becoming concious but i was seeing black cause my eyes were closed. then i started to feel those vibrations on my body, and i think i opened my eyes and saw my foot. and i was laying on my back. funny thing is i remember falling asleep the opposite way on my face. somebody told me this could have been a false awaking but he wasen't sure?
