      Smile Hey guys

      Hello everyone,
      I've been pretty interested in lucid dreaming for about a year now. I've been on this forum on and off looking at some tips for awhile, and I finally decided to register. I only had a couple lucid dreams this year, and I want to have more of them. I do keep a dream journal and record as much as I can remember everyday when I wake up. Usually, I can remember at least one dream, but the most I have ever remembered from one night is maybe around 4-5. And sometimes when there's a lot of stress, it gets harder to remember (because of school and everything). Hope people here can share some tips with me.

      Hi and welcome that's a good start for dream recalling and it's sufficient to do lucid dreaming well. Check the tutorial section and feel free to ask if something troubles you!
