Can you be woken up in a LD

Very noobish question. I know it's yes but I just want to be 100% sure. Like if someone shakes you will you wake?

And if you die in one will your mind think you are really dead -_-

Well it is still dream so yes you can wake up

Usually when I die in normal dream I see my soul leaving my body and become lucid ^^ or then the dream just ends, waking me up or changing the dream
Jujutsu is the gentle art. It's the art where a small man is going to prove to you, no matter how strong you are, no matter how mad you get, that you're going to have to accept defeat. That's what jujutsu is.

There's no need to be nervous You'll be able to wake up in a lucid dream just the same as a regular dream.

And I've "died" a few times in my dreams, but I always seem to come back

      Thanks

I am currently testing a method too. Use the mint kind of green tea to refresh you and your mind for a lucid dream, it has caffine to boot.

I saw a post about that in the "Lucid Aids" sub-forum. I find it interesting how caffeine seems to affect different people in different ways. Some actually find caffeine relaxing, and others grow more alert. Personally, it affects me shortly after ingesting it and then about 7-8 hours later. It's weird, but that's just what happens... and why I try to not have too much coffee or other caffeinated stuff after 3pm.

I hope you find what works for you

I feel that it is easier to be awaken from a lucid dream that a regular dream.
As we are lucid our conscious mind is already activated, being that much closer to waking consciousness.
Some or most regular dreams are in our most deepest of sleep periods and can sometimes be hard to be aroused from.

Just be to reality check every time you wake up from a lucid dream, especially if you woke yourself on purpose. I often end up in a false awakening. Is there anything more frustrating than dreaming you woke up and recorded your awesome lucid dream, but finding out in the morning your journal is really blank?

Do not worry this is not the matrix. What happens in your dreams will not effect your real body. You may die in a lucid dream, many have. However to become lucid you have to be aware you are dreaming, and to die when you are fully aware you are dreaming does not cause any psychological drama, just keep reminding yourself that it is a dream, and do reality checks often.
