      Hey everyone

      Hello everyone,
it's really nice to finally be on the boards. I'm still trying to figure out whether my main interest here is lucid dreaming or alternative sleep patterns but I guess I'll be pretty much into both. I've started my dream journal yesterday and to my surprise I was able to remember 3 dreams in one night! and that's just with the intention of remembering my dreams... sure itwasn't as detailed as I would like but I rarely remember anything so I'm still happy about it

As I've mentioned, I'm also interested in alternative sleeping patterns, specifically it's the everyman sleep schedule that I can't wait to start adapting to. The bad news is that I've recently broke my arm and I need the sleeping hours for my bone to heal up before I can even start.

I must say I'm sorry if the post was confusing, I just really felt the need to write something up

      Hey welcome to the forum.
I don't know anything about alternative sleep patterns, but I really love lucid dreaming and I think you should really try. Go to the tutorial section for some helpful lucid techniques.

Welcome to DV! I wish you the best of luck and I hope that you find us to be a good source of information and encouragement. Glad to hear that you've already managed to remember a few dreams. Just keep writing them down and it will come a lot easier to you in time

Sorry to hear about your arm! Yikes! I wish you a speedy recovery from that as well.

Sorry to hear about your arm. It does give you a good excuse to pick up some lucid dreaming skills first, before switching to everyman.
