      help me sleep?

      heh. kay well it takes me a while to get to sleep. how do you get to sleep?




      i really want a specific dream tonight after or before new year lol.

      I have always had a problem going to sleep. My mother use to tell me that I just had a internal clock of a night owl because I could stay up for two days, then try going to sleep around 9pm, yet I would just toss and turn all night till morning before falling asleep.

      The best method I found for my problem was to say up all day when I would normally be sleeping. Then take some type of sleeping aid, even NyQuil works, and to go to bed 2 hours before I want to, so I will toss and turn for 2 hours and fall asleep. After that I have to keep my schedule up, because if I don't I can easily find myself back into the same spot of being a night owl.

      Chamomile Tea helps some. I just go into a normal sleep position and not move, try to induce sleep paralysis (but it's really hard to go in it if you are not in rem sleep so don't worry about scary things) and I get really tired and go to sleep.

      off to get some nyquil and chamomile tea x) hey does listening to binaural sounds help people sleep too? I've got this app on my iPod but I'm not sure about it.

      It almost put me to sleep. But I thought you want not such a deep sleep so your mind is more active
