Do you have a Dream Journal. Writing and reading your dream journal regularly will help your brain to remember your dreams.

I've heard about that but I don't normally write or tend to forget when I wake up. No need to write if I can't remember them. That's why I was asking if there were any other methods?

Well even if you can't remember them, just having a dream journal is good. Keep writing in it and your brain will pick up the act of remembering them.
