Hi!
I'm kind of new to this whole lucid dreaming thing. I've read alot about lucid dreaming and out of body experiences. Does this forum concentrate only on lucid dreaming? I've tried and succeed to enter "the vibrations state" (don't know if this is the english word for it; when you hear noises getting louder and louder, you can feel "waves" going through your body which you can follow and stuff ), but I always get too excited and the feeling slowly fades away. I usually lay down on my bed before Im goin' to sleep. I try to find a comfortable position. Then I just try to relax as much as possible, but still with a "clear" mind. After a while I can feel how my muscles/body parts are like "fading away/getting paralysed". Then I try to breath deep and calm and just continue to relax. After that I begin to hear the noises in my head, sometimes if feels like something spins around in my mind, sometimes it feels like my body parts are'nt controlled by me. When it starts to get real intense I always get to "excited" and it slowly goes away and I "wake up". Do you have any suggestions for me, how to stay calm? I've also heard that it's best to try to get to "the vibrations state" at morning, but it's much easier for me at evening. Maby one can't "jump" into a lucid dream from the state in the evening? Well, Im just a newbie who needs some suggestions! ) Luv dreamin'!
Thanks.
Edit: ...and sorry for my bad english..
