      Exclamation A Few problems.. Help?

      Can anyone help? I started a DJ the other night..

      So far.. nothing in there.
      I just need some help. Could someone maybe post their methods of remembering dreams? I've tried the MILD, I just keep forgetting to say whatever and I doze off to sleep.
      Also, I don't know what SP really feels like.... My arms just get that foot fallen asleep feeling, then they start to hurt like they're on fire.. meanwhile, my body and legs... nothing. And then I think I'm asleep (but I'm not cause I can't figure out how to get the rest of me into SP) I try to roll over and move into dreamland.... Instead I move my real body as well.. Any tips?

      don't worry if you don't remember your dreams for the first few days of DJ-ing- however when one does come write it down and the next ones will be way easier to recall. also when you wake up don't move or open your eyes for at least a few minutes while you are still in that dreamy state and try to recall what you dreamt about- that helps sometimes.
      TAKE DV members advice with caution! some have had zero or 1-2 LD's yet act like gurus
      TOTAL LD's (almost all DILD/MILD) =160!!

      When you wake up, don't move. This way you won't use your muscle neurons and your brain will most likely start to remember your dream(s). Also, the minute you remember all the details, write them down in a dream journal.

      Ok, but thats not really what I'm looking for....
      I'm just asking now when to move (dream body) when attempting an SP or WILD or even FILD...
