      Hi!

      Hi there!

      I'm a newbie here, I've been doing Google searches for Lucid Dreaming forums and the only ones I could find were either really quiet, or people being hideous to one another. Then I found this one and it seems busy, and everyone seems really friendly!

      So I'm from Scotland, and I have had 2 lucid dreams in my life (except I knew I was dreaming and could fly practically every night as a kiddie so I wonder if they weren't lucid - do we just stop believing or something?). About 6 years ago I got a book "The Lucid Dreamer - A Waking Guide for the Traveller Between Worlds" and it helped me to get to the 2 lucid dreams. I loved them, but stopped being dedicated to my dream journal etc. and lost it. So, now I am a bit older (28) and my head is more firmly screwed on I think I want to try again. I am also getting into yoga and meditation slowly. So it will be nice to have people to share this with (real world people just look at you like you're barmy if you mention LDs!!).
