      Trouble with lucids.

I always realize I'm dreaming and can sommen DC's to do what I want (sometimes they dissagree!). But I can't seem to bend or break the laws and fly or move things at a distance or transform myself! I can't do anything out of the ordinary. Any tips of Dream control?

Its all about confidance. Since Lucid Dreaming is all in your head, all you really need to do is beleive that nothing is real, thus has no limits. Try day dream durring the day to get some practice with changing your dream world.

hmmm...that's tough. Most of those physics-defying feats are things I've done in my dreams before I gained lucidity and control. Most of my control is more like I am making my own decisions within the confines of the dream narrative and dream reality, without changing any of those external constructs. The main exceptions are when I summon DCs or stop a nightmare and turn it good. I have found that having doubts that what you are attempting will succeed almost always causes you to fail. Sometimes you pleasantly surprise yourself, but not usually. Know for a fact that you will succeed and you will succeed.

If you can imagine it, you can dream it. Practising daydreams is a good idea. Let's say you want to fly in your LD. As you're reading this, try and imagine what it would be like if you could float gently out of your chair and up under the ceiling. Try to picture what the scene would look like from above. Feel the ceiling scrape against your body as you gently move around the room. Then imagine what it would be like to pass through, or remove, the ceiling and fly up above your house. Find it in Google Earth if you can't imagine it :-) The clearer you are able to picture it, the more confidence you will get that you will be able to dream it once you're in a dream.

Best of all, this training can be done any time you're bored :-) Good luck!

Try to speak commands in your dreams like "There will be chocolate icecream" Its what I do and it might help you. Also with flying just think of flying and maybe say a command but it takes practice I don't exactly know how to fly cause I have always flyed in my dreams I cant walk in them anymore lol.
