Hello, I have a newbie question. I have tried to find the answer using a search, but could not find it. I am looking for a guidline of stages dreamers go through as they learn to lucid dream. For example, I have finally been able to see color, and read text in my dreams, and I was wondering what is the next step. Does anyone have a good website or link they could suggest? |

...we barely have time to react, let alone to rehearse, and i don't think i'm any better than you, but i don't think i'm any worse...~anni
What you actually see in dreams is related to your skill at recall the more you can remember the more realistic your dreams will become. Lucid dreaming 'skill' is harder to define personally I think it relates to the amount of control you can exercise within a dream and the stability of your LD others might argue it’s to do with frequency of LD’s. So as such there is no sure fire way of telling how much progress your making so if you feel like you are making progress probably are and if you don’t your not :-) |

I think that is very interesting, that with your lucid/dream experience depending on what you remember upon awakening. |
