      Stages of Dreaming Progress question

Hello, I have a newbie question. I have tried to find the answer using a search, but could not find it. I am looking for a guidline of stages dreamers go through as they learn to lucid dream. For example, I have finally been able to see color, and read text in my dreams, and I was wondering what is the next step. Does anyone have a good website or link they could suggest?
      Thanks.

we have something in common here. i, too, was looking for something similar so that i could more easily keep track of my progress. if you find anything before i do, will you post it here? i will do the same. thanks!

What you actually see in dreams is related to your skill at recall the more you can remember the more realistic your dreams will become. Lucid dreaming 'skill' is harder to define personally I think it relates to the amount of control you can exercise within a dream and the stability of your LD others might argue it’s to do with frequency of LD’s. So as such there is no sure fire way of telling how much progress your making so if you feel like you are making progress probably are and if you don’t your not :-)

I think that is very interesting, that with your lucid/dream experience depending on what you remember upon awakening.
Sometimes for instance upon awakening i cant recall a speciall dream, that i suddenly recall during the day. From going to "never happend" to "holy god what a great dream" . So you can wonder if the dream really is "rendered" during recall upon awakening, and that maybe every dream is full blown at the time you had it, but after the conevertion from unconsciouss to consciouss the dream loses quality. Or maybe that the quality depends on how consciouss you are at the time you have the dream, and you get what you experienced in the dream upon recall. But anyway recall is maybe the most important skill to learn, to lie there upon awakening not moving, just relaxing and let the dream download to the consciouss. Because if you dont remember you never was there.
