Does position affect Dream Recall? No. |

To answer the OP's question: yes. From my personal experience, I find changing position affects my dream recall dramatically. If I have to get up to pee right when I wake up, if I lay back down in the position I awakened in, I recall the dreams I just had before awakening. Then, if I change positions to positions I found myself waking up in during the middle of the night, I often recall the dreams I had while my body was in that position. |
