Does position affect Dream Recall? No.

Does position affect your ability to fall aslee/WILD, yes it does.

Hey, they're allowed to ask questions like this in the newbie zone

No, I don't believe that the sleeping positions have ever been concluded to have any effect whatsoever. I have read plenty that sleeping on your back will induce true SP more frequently, but I'm not sure if that's legitimate or not.

To answer the OP's question: yes. From my personal experience, I find changing position affects my dream recall dramatically. If I have to get up to pee right when I wake up, if I lay back down in the position I awakened in, I recall the dreams I just had before awakening. Then, if I change positions to positions I found myself waking up in during the middle of the night, I often recall the dreams I had while my body was in that position.
