Thread: Sleep paralysis is a lot less scary then I thought.. well in the morning.

Funny thing with whispers and some radio like sounds - when you focus on them they turn off...
Once I had strange experience while SP. I realised and kind of saw sort of small creature sitting on my stomack. I could see as cloud but felt it was a trouble maker. Fortunately after some strange noises it disappeared...

I was about to try my first WILD because I was already at that stage but It was early and I didn't want my mom or dad to try to wake me up while I am in SP so I snapped out of it and got up

Sometimes my SP is just me not being able to move and sometimes I am being kidnapped or I hear talk of very scary things. More recently it has been scary for me.

Because people don't feel they are breathing right and can't move they often hallucinate an evil entity pressing down on their chest.

my SP's are very very frequent last one i had was quite long and i had really hard trouble wakeing up usually while trying to wake up i can actually feel the "climb" its like jumping on a trampoline trying to reach a limb on a tree close by you get close but if you dont reach it at the point you will indeed decline back further down. well when i was trying to wake up i felt the rise and fall of sleep to wakeness as i was trying to grasp it i always think hmm what if i stop fighting and just let the sleep take me in.. why not jsut ignore the paralysis and just go to sleep... but i never give up i can feel myself yelling at my bf lying next to me to assist me in the waking up process but as it is... making sound is impossible but sumtimes i can feel a finger or foot twitch as i regain my wake state. as this occured "the trompoline state" and the attemts to make sounds from my lips i heard wispers which i new were from the devil... i just new... its just a knowedge... i dunno what he is saying... its not english... ohh btw... imma newbie... and i have lots to share and discuss...

Its easy to see how people with no knowledge an understanding of science and biology will assign supernatural reasons to dream physiology.

I've even come across an SP forum where the users were all talking about demons and keeping bibles under their pillows.

The poor bastards. Its like the saying goes, speak of the devil and he shall appear. If you believe its a demon, it will be in your eyes.
