Thread: does this count as a lucid dream

is it a lucid dream if;
PHYSICAL WORLD: i wake up in the morning via alarm clock, walk across the room, turn it off, crawl back into bed and fall asleep.

DREAM WORLD: after falling back asleep i dream about going through my day until at some point i think back on the morning, realize i went back to sleep and am still dreaming, Think/yell to myself, "S*** i'm sleeping, im going to be late." and wake myself up within about a half second of realizing i was dreaming.

If not, oh well. If so, then i've had a heck-of-a-lot of lucid dreams (at least 50)
