Thread: Hi im new and i need SP tips

Hi im nightmarish. I reaaaaalllly want a LD. I am trying to use SP. I need some tips on how to do it. plese help!!!

If you haven't done this before I highly recommend you try at dawn, as it can be frightening your first time. Heck it still scares me a little and I am on try 13

If not, wake up about 5 hours before rem and just sit still. Here is the tutorial

Just remember everything you see/ hear is not real. It's an illusion of your mind. I wouldn't recommend opening your eyes either

Check out any of our WILD (Wake Initiated Lucid Dream) tutorials. Remember, you can't really consciously induce Sleep Paralysis. Some people get it and some don't. What you can do, is stay aware while you fall asleep, and watch what happens to your body. You may be able to catch yourself entering SP, but it is just as likely that you will transition directly into a dream without ever noticing it.

SP inplies WILDs. WILDs are the hardest way to get lucid, especially for beginners. Try MILDs and WBTB instead.
