Are you going to bed tired? How many hours of sleep are you getting? Do you lay in bed with your eyes closed trying to recall your dream when you wake up? Are you taking any drugs/medication before sleep? A lot of things can cause you to not remember your dreams..
I noticed I remember them easier when I get more hours of sleep.

Also try saying "I will remember my dreams" over and over until your asleep. But don't make it your main point of concentration just say it kind of like in the back of your head.

I usually go to bed around 9:30. I wake up for school at 7:00. It takes me ages to get to sleep though. I close my eyes and keep on changing positions and stuff like that. I dont eat or take medicine before i go to bed. I still need help.

Relax. It shouldn't take you ages. Just don't think about sleeping, think about other stuff, in a non-forced way. You'll drift off automatically.
That should help you. Also, do as most of the guides say. (May I recommend the Lucidipedia "Learn Lucid Dreaming" series on Youtube)

Do you normally wake up multiple times in the night to remember dreams? Or just all at once in the morning? If it is all at once in the morning, your timing may be a little off. Try setting your alarm for a few minutes earlier than normal. You want to catch yourself right after a dream.

It shouldn't take you that long to fall asleep at night. Read around for some tips on Sleep Hygiene. The littlest, most insignificant seeming things can make or break your sleeping.
