I agree with eppy, maybe a few more reality checks would be a good idea. If the whole falling and the tall building thing keeps happening, use it as a dream sign and remind yourself that every time you see that building you'll do a reality check.
Otherwise, just keep trying! LDs come easier on some nights than others I found. Some nights you'll find that there were situations where you really should have LDed but just didn't recognise the signs or seemed to have gotten distracted. Other nights, you might start LDing off the smallest hint that it's a dream.
Just keep at it, if you stay determined and get into the habit of doing reality checks or any other method you prefer, you'll manage to LD. After that, it'll hopefully come easier and easier (as long as you don't stop trying for a bit like I did! Definitely a bad move...).
