You merely have to change your point of view slightly, and then that glass will sparkle when it reflects the light.
Sounds like a hypnagogic hallucination, which can as you've noticed be visual, auditory, or proprioceptic/tactile/kinesthetic like you are experiencing. |
|
Interesting, I dont really know why holding my breath helps, maybe it helps me concentrate? Oh well, now I know whats going on, so thanks! |

I think what is happening is you are feeling nothing and your mind isn't used to that so it makes something up. When your brain disconnects from your body it feels weird, it's literally the feeling of nothing. |

I used to have that feeling alot I still have it sometimes it goes away if i move |

___________
Good Dreams: 1
Nightmares: 2
Lucid Dreams:1
I get this a bit at sleep onset. It seems to happen a lot in daydream mode too. I wonder if you can magnify the feeling and tip yourself into a dream or something. |

Love me..or leave me
I think you were experiencing sleep paralysis. If you can induce sleep paralysis that easily you might be a natural for lucid dreaming with the wild technique. |

They say curiosity killed the cat...
Fortunately, I am not a cat.
I used to and still get that. Except when it happens to me, my veiw is like a camera zooming out of my body as it starts rotating slowly. |
|
Yup I get this, this usually tells me I am about to fall asleep or enter sleep paralysis |
|
if you can read this then you are about to be punched
I looked into WILDs, and i suppose this could be one of the entering stages or something, but I have one more question. As far as WILDing goes, do you have to be re-entering sleep between REM cycles? Do I have to wake up in the middle of the night for it to work, or can I enter a lucid dreaming state right from the get go. |
